Urgent Care Opens April 30 at Westfields Hospital & Clinic
Beginning April 30, Westfields Hospital & Clinic will begin offering Urgent Care services on its campus seven days a week. Urgent Care providers will treat various minor health problems such as sore throats, ear infections, minor wounds requiring stitches and possible fractures. “We’re happy to add Urgent Care to our service line,” said Steve Massey, President and CEO of Westfields Hospital & Clinic. “This service completes our ability to provide patients with the right care, at the right time, in the right place, and gives our community another option for care close to home.”
Westfields Urgent Care hours will be Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. and from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays. Lab and X-ray services will be also be available, and for patients’ convenience, Westfields Community Pharmacy will have Saturday and Sunday service from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
