Join us for these free health seminars: On Wednesday, September 20 urologist Thomas Stormont, MD and pelvic health specialist Cindy Land, RN, will discuss bladder control problems, treatment options including what you can do through lifestyle changes and exercise. On Thursday, September 21 Olusola “Shola” Adegoke, MD, family medicine specialist will cover recommendations for screenings and self-checks you should do starting at age 50 in the “50,000 mile tune-up” class. Both classes begin at 6:30 p.m. and are free but pre-registration is required.
About the presenters
Dr. Thomas J. Stormont is a graduate of the Medical College of Wisconsin. He completed his urologic surgical training at the Mayo Clinic in 1993 and has since practiced urology in the Twin Cities and western Wisconsin. Dr. Stormont is board certified by the American Board of Urology, American Urological Association, Minnesota Urological Society, American Medical Association, Twin Cities Medical Society, St. Paul Surgical Society and the Sexual Medicine Society of North America.
Dr. Adegoke received his medical degree from the College of Medicine, University of Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria. He completed his residency in family medicine through the University of Minnesota in St. Cloud. He also holds a Masters of Public Health from the University of Minnesota. He is committed to providing patient-centered and evidence-based care.
