Important information during COVID-19

For everyone’s safety, no visitors are currently allowed. Exceptions include:

  • Pediatric, newborn and special care nursery patients: Two parents/legal guardians (COVID-19 patients: only one person)
  • Birth center patients: One support person and/or doula
  • Patients with disabilities: One designated support person. This could be a family member, service provider or other individual that assists with managing the needs of the patient.
  • End-of-life compassionate care
We require all patients and visitors to wear a mask or face covering while in our hospitals. We’re also screening all patients and visitors for symptoms of COVID-19.

If you need in-person or emergency care, don’t delay. We’re open and ready to care for you, with rigorous safety and cleaning protocols in place to help keep you healthy. To see if you should be tested for COVID-19, please visit our COVID-19 testing page. For more information on COVID-19, please visit our COVID-19 information hub.

Mask donations
We’re accepting donations of hospital-grade or manufactured protective face wear like N95 masks, PAPR (Powered Air-Purifying Respirator) hoods and procedure masks. Hand-sewn masks with over-the-ear straps will be accepted, laundered and available for colleagues to use. Visit our COVID-19 donations page to learn more about mask donations and other ways to contribute.
