About the presenter
Dr. Michael Schneider graduated from Bowman Gray School of Medicine of Wake Forest University, Winston Salem, NC. He completed his internship, residency, and general surgery residency at Keesler Medical Center at Keesler Air Force Base, Biloxi, MS and a general thoracic surgery fellowship at the Biloxi Veteran’s Affairs Medical Center. Dr. Schneider served in the United States Air Force. His clinical interests include a broad range of general and minimally invasive surgery including venous insufficiency using the Venefit procedure.
He and his wife, Jewel, enjoy their blended family of six daughters. He enjoys gardening, exercising, cooking and reading with his family.
