Westfields Hospital has joined with three other area hospitals through St. Croix Valley Shared Services to provide hospice, home health and palliative care to residents in St. Croix, Pierce, western Dunn and southern Polk counties. The staff works cooperatively with physicians and other healthcare providers to supply comprehensive services to you in your home.

Hospice
ADORAY Hospice is for patients and their families facing terminal illness and for whom curative care is no longer beneficial. We provide
-Pain and symptom management
-Emotional and spiritual support
-Family grief support

Home Health
ADROAY Home Health is appropriate for persons who prefer to stay in their home but are in need of ongoing skilled care that connot be adequately provided by themselves, their family or friends. We provide
-Skilled nursing for chronic conditions such as heart disease, cancer, wounds, lung disorders, and neurologic conditions
-Rehabilitation after an injury or surgical procedure
-IV antibiotics or other infusion therapies

Palliative Care
ADORAY Palliative Care services are for patients and their families facing the problems associated with an advanced, progressive, chronic or incurable disease, yet who may be receiving aggressive treatment for their illness. We provide
-Assistance in the prevention and relief of physical symptoms
-Emotional and spiritual support

Our expereinced staff includes: registered nurses, aides, medical social services personnel, spiritual counselors, physical therapists, occupational therapsits, speech therapists, massage therapists and a community of volunteers.
