Tai Chi

Tai Chi was developed in China hundreds of years ago, passed on generation to generation, and has recently become more popular in the US due to scientific research findings that it improves balance, strength, flexibility, immune system function and mood. Tai Chi is a collection of slow, graceful movements that continue to flow from one pose to another - unlike yoga, which consists of more sustained poses.
