Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant - Casual
We are seeking an exceptional NP or PA to work in our Walk-In Clinic, providing minor acute illness exams, including treatments, screenings and vaccinations.
Qualifications include: graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program. (Master's required for candidates graduating after 1992.) Current Licensure or Certification as Advanced Practice Nurse in the state of Wisconsin or National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). Certification Approved or eligible for approval by WI Board of Nursing for prescription writing privileges. Current CPT certification. Must be comfortable working independently, and full-range able to see pediatric adult patients. 1-2 years experience preferred.
Clinic hours of operation: Mon Fri: 8:00 am 7:00 pm, Sat 9:00 am 3/4:00 pm & Sun 9:00 am 12: pm.
Work schedule: 10 hours/week and every third weekend.
