Westfields Hospital & Clinic leadership

Our dedicated leadership team is at the heart of our efforts to support the health and well-being of our patients and community.

Westfields Hospital & Clinic is part of the HealthPartners health care system, a multi-specialty group practice that serves more than 1.2 million patients across Minnesota and western Wisconsin. Together, we’re living our values each day to promote the health and well-being of the New Richmond community and beyond.

Steve Massey joined Westfields Hospital & Clinic as President and Chief Executive Officer in August, 2011. He’s led the hospital through a number of strategic initiatives, including the joining of Westfields Hospital and New Richmond Clinic to form Westfields Hospital & Clinic in 2013.

In 2020 he was one of four Wisconsin hospital and health system CEOs recognized in Becker’s list of “60 Rural Hospital CEOs to Know.”

Steve's dedication to sustainable business practices has shaped the hospital and clinic strategy. He oversaw the installation of two solar arrays on the Westfields campus in 2014, and the hospital earned a "Green Masters" level award from the Wisconsin Sustainable Business Council and the Top 25 Environmental Excellence award from Practice Greenhealth in 2019.
